For this role we are seeking a very special person to help support a top recruiter in the Financial Services sector. You will have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience from the IT sector
Working alongside an able Recruiter your role will be to help identify the best candidates for his clients. Using all the recruitment tools available you will start to build an in-depth knowledge of who’s out there and then identify and approach potential candidates to gauge their interest. Once you know they are keen to find out more then you will pass them to your colleague to take things to the next level.

You will be finding people for roles that might include Data Analytics, Change Management, Cyber Security, Business Transformation and more and you will be keen to service clients but will also enjoy taking ownership of the process of building relationships with clients and candidates alike. As you grow in experience and confidence then there is great opportunity within the business to develop your career further if you wish.
