The variability within these salary ranges mirrors the level of fee income generated and/or the level of responsibility for other staff.

OTE – Commissions and bonuses vary widely between sectors and seniority. As a general comment, the amount of OTE varies from +10% to +40% of basic salary, with those sectors marked with an asterisk (*) potentially earning the higher percentages.
